In 2013 after many years of hard work and endless hours in the restaurant scenes of Caracas, Boston and New York City, Chef Maria Laura and long-time friend Florencia Minniti, began their first dual project: MuchaChula Boutique Catering. Their business provides a platform for Chef Maria Laura and Flor to share their passion for fresh, sustainable and local ingredients with a highly Latin American influence. Offering a great dining experience, while projecting their "Orgullo Latino" and values on food ethics is the backbone of MuchaChula Boutique Catering philosophy. After great success with MuchaChula, Chef Maria Laura and Florencia began another exciting culinary project: TheBareTable. TheBareTable aims to redesign social gatherings and improve the contemporary dining experience while bringing it back to basics.. With a rotating line-up of remarkable Chefs, and Florencia´s theater and art production expertise, TheBareTable enhances the MuchaChula philosophy and makes it accessible to New York diners in an intimate private dining experience.
